Master Agreement Scope & Terms
Your access to and use of this Website and associated mobile application is permitted pursuant to that certain agreement "Master Agreement" executed with your Homeowner Association ("Association"). It lives and dies with that Agreement. Your access to and use of this Website is subject to the provisions of the Master Agreement, the following terms and conditions of use (Terms of Use), the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. For explicit information about the Master Agreement, contact your Association directly.
These Terms may be updated, changed, or restated by Company at any time in its sole discretion without notice. Your continued access and use of the updated Website shall constitute your absolute acceptance of the new Terms. Only individuals who are over the age of 18 may access and use the Website. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, or any other policy governing your access, you should immediately terminate your use of the platform.
1. Definitions
A. "PMS Website" means the website, app systems, and all subsequent Web pages made available under the deployment profile.
B. "Content" means all indexes, scans, text, outlines, headings, charts, graphics, photographs, animations, scripts, icons, audio, video, data and all other non-Software components.
C. "Licensee" or "you" means you, the user, who agrees to the terms of this Agreement by interacting with our platform gateways.
D. "Software" means all computer code (both source and object), applets, interfaces, commands, syntax, and expressions of ideas that operate or manipulate Content in the system.
E. "Use" means accessing, displaying, or using the Website as authorized under this Agreement.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 Ownership: This site is owned and operated by Patrol Masters, Inc., a California corporation ("Company").
2.2 Copyright: The PMS Software, content, Name, Logo, Text, Materials, Graphics, and Organization are the proprietary and copyrighted property of the Company.
2.3 Trademark: The PMS logo and any other service mark or name contained in this Website are trademarks of the Company and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without prior written consent.
3. Access, Use & Security
Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and load the website via browser software for authorized personal or community deployment use. You shall NOT decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, assign, rent, lease, sell, or extract components from the underlying software system architecture.
When you become an authorized user through your Association, you will be given credentials to access the console. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and access codes. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for immediate account termination at the Company's sole discretion.
4. Uploaded Content & Restrictions
The website is designed to allow you to enter personal verification profiles, or information regarding a guest and their vehicle for property authorization. You understand that you may not upload or distribute materials that violate privacy laws, contain offensive language/profanity, or give rise to civil/criminal liability under applicable California laws.
5. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
YOU AGREE THAT YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE AND THE CONTENT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. COMPANY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
USE OF THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR COMMITMENTS ARISING OUT OF SYSTEM INOPERABILITY. THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY HEREUNDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY THE USER FOR ACCESS TO THE SECURITY CONSOLE PLATFORM.
6. Jurisdiction & Venue
The Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Orange shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction and proper venue for any controversies or claims arising out of or relating to these terms. This Agreement is governed strictly by the laws of the State of California.

Patrol Masters Inc. ("Patrol Masters," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our website visitors, HOA clients, residents, and service users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit patrolmasters.com or use our physical/digital security integration services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: Name, email address, phone number, HOA community identity, vehicle verification frameworks (license plate, make, model, color), and structural descriptions sent via contact forms.
Automatically collected metadata: IP address, browser hardware type, operating system configurations, pages visited, and time elapsed via telemetry analytics to optimize network health.
From resident and manager portals: Active vehicle registration data, safe listing history logs, permit distribution metrics, parking citation data arrays, and real-time GPS tracking patrol data required to perform core enforcement protocols.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deploy, operate, and maintain unified private property security and parking compliance structures.
- To pass processing information to gate controllers, field officers, and property managers.
- To generate valid citation reports, real-time photo evidence, and community safety logs.
- To maintain long-term historical archives of community vehicle logs for safety auditing.
- To communicate technical updates, notification alerts, or resolve interface account credentials.
3. Data Protection and Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal data records to third-party providers for marketing campaigns under any circumstances. Data records are only shared with authorized property management representatives, your localized HOA board, downstream infrastructure operators (SMS/Email handlers), or law enforcement agencies when legally requested.
We apply robust technical barriers including SSL/TLS transfer encryption layers, firewall parameters, and strict internal credential boundaries to prevent unauthorized platform manipulation.
4. Your California Rights (CCPA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you maintain the right to review the specific components of personal information compiled by our systems, request the absolute extraction or deletion of records (outside of overriding legal or property retention regulations), and verify zero data-monetization execution.
